Doughnuts and Bread Sticks Shaper mod. MS-800

Very flexible machine that allows to produce multiple products with a single machine. With this machine can be fabricated doughnuts and violins in addition of bread sticks and biscuits, simply by changing the forming cylinders and/or the laminators cylinders. It's possible to use trays of up to 80 cm wide.

The entry canvas is adjustable in speed with respect to prelaminador, allowing to adjust the entry of dough according to the thickness that we have in the entry.

Two photocells detect the mass, stopping the prelaminator.

All the cylinders laminators and forming they make of stainless steel of only one piece, what guarantees more durability.

The separation of the product is done by means of a spring separator, it is easily adjustable, being able to open or close the separation simply with a control and without stopping the machine.

From the color touch-screen display is possible to memorize all the operating parameters by which is very easy to change from one product to another.

You can optionally install a lung feeder trays.

All the components used are of first marks (Omron, Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, etc).
